I know the answer to my question, but I do not like the real answer so I have been looking for a different one. Obviously I mean that I want to get some miracle pill that is going to make me lose weight without having to do any of the stuff that I do not want to do. I have been looking around at stuff like medifast reviews, which is really just a way of reducing your intake of calories. That is half of the equation and a part of it which I am not going to want to do if I can avoid it. The big question is if it is going to be something that you are going to be able to stand the stuff or not. You have to use it for you to get any advantage to it. The big thing is that you have to want to eat the stuff, but you can get the same place if you just eat less of any other food.

It is a simple matter when you have the discipline to do it, but that simply requires a lot of pain and sacrifice. It is going to be easy for a doctor to tell you exactly what you need to do. The big thing is that you have to get a plan and then you have to be able to stick with it as hard as it is. So you eat less and then you find a way to burn off the calories. Unless you do both, there just is not going to be much effect. You have to be disciplined and that is going to be really tough for me. I simply do not want to do that and there does not seem to be any way around it.
